August: Wedgewood Florentine

Oh ugh, I am late again. Its a good thing no one is waiting on dinner!

Welcome back diners! August features the beautiful summer colors of turquoise and hot pink featured in the fabulous Wedgwood Florentine. Pictures of this pattern do not do it justice!

I really wanted to play up the colors and found this scarf at a local antique shop. The hot pink laser cut placemats are making another appearance, and I used as much silver holloware as I could find - though I did forget a pitcher.

The flatware is Oneida Coronation and I added a pearl handled butter knife.

The vintage glasses are Colony and some contemporary silver mint julep cups.

The bowl is also Wedgwood, its an unnamed piece and equally swoon-worthy! I fell in love with it immediately.

The roses were the perfect pink in the lovely crystal rosebowl, a gift from our Nowvi sponsor - be sure to check out their Etsy store! Margaret is always finding unique things and telling their story.

Ok diners, hope you enjoyed the beautiful Florentine. I am going to try very hard to upload the September posts on time, though the month of Sept is moving at a rapid pace. I'll be featuring three place settings of Wedgwood Wild Briar in three different settings...including some amazing Hedgehog glasses a recent reward for meeting my 2024 business goals!

Thank you for stopping buy! Please feel free to comment and share with others who may enjoy a lovely table setting - and be sure to check out all three sponsors. Thanks for your support, and until next time, enjoy something beautiful! ~d
